Using a soft kitchen paper towel, apply a little 90% rubbing alcohol to the paper and wipe the tool down several times.
After cleaning the tool on both sides, apply 10-15 drops of Phoenix oil and lubricate it evenly with a new paper towel.
We recommend repeating this procedure once every two weeks for nitrided steel instruments and once a month for stainless steel instruments.
